About us
We're a growing civil construction company delivering major infrastructure projects across NSW. As we expand, we're strengthening our internal systems for cost control, forecasting and project reporting — and we're after the right person to take ownership of it.
About the role
This is not a typical project admin role. You'll build, implement and manage our cost control systems from the ground up, then run them day-to-day across projects. You'll play a key part in making sure our projects are financially controlled, accurately reported and performing as expected.

- ✓Identify cost risks early and work with site teams to manage them
Reporting, claims & controls
- ✓Prepare and present weekly project reports — budget vs actual vs forecast, profitability and cashflow, key risks and variances
- ✓Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, and track claimed vs approved revenue
- ✓Manage variations (submitted, pending, approved) and ensure all completed work is captured and claimed
- ✓Reconcile invoices, dockets and timesheets, and keep costs approved, allocated and captured in real time
